NOTICE TO MEMBERS REGARDING PLANT SALES

The Committee advises all members that Plant Sales begin at 12.00p.m. & not before.
No viewing of plants or sales of plants takes place before that time and we ask members, to be mindful of this.

The sales area will be restricted to members setting up sale plants only & members selling plants, are asked to bring a table........ or ..........if a table from the hall is used? Cover the table with suitable cloth, then at the end of sale,........... the table is to be taken back to the store room by the person who borrowed the table initially.

Sales do not commence till 12 pm Gail our Editor, in her wheelchair with her career, Margaret and another elderly member with her career, are the only exceptions, we are asking for your understanding & compassion in this regard.

The object of these rules, is to create a level playing field for every one, this applies to sellers and buyers.
If we could all be mindful of these few things it will enable the sales of plants at our meetings to be more effective.

Note all Plant sellers; please make sure all sale plants have the society label on each pot & be sure to put your name clearly on each label if you would like to be remunerated for it if it is sold???

Lets try to get 2009 off to a great start. Thank You.
